What are your fees? My fees are probably lower than most, but I’m not the lowest. I do strive to offer affordable legal services and I will discuss with you the strategic and tactical decisions that impact legal fees during representation. I am very experienced in the ways that opposing parties behave and the methods opposing attorneys use to drive up fees and force settlements. My goal is to prepare your case to win at trial, I begin with that, and by starting there, you and I preserve resources by being thorough, staying focused and, thus, avoiding trial. Cutting corners in the beginning of a case leads to higher fees, unhappy clients, and poor referrals. I’m not going to risk that and you deserve better. The vast majority of my cases have settled in mediation, because I was prepared to go to trial, not because I was trying to avoid it.
What if we need to go to trial? I love trial work. It is why I became an attorney. I’m very comfortable in the courtroom. If you want to go to trial, let’s go. If I try to discourage you from it, I have a good reason, and I’ll discuss it with you thoroughly. Trial can be a risk. I’ll discuss those risks with you at great length.
